To begin the purchase process Buyer needs to issue an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) which includes authorization for the Seller to do a bank soft probe. Buyer also needs to provide a BCL (Bank Comfort Letter). Examples of both required documents can be downloaded here:
